goedemiddag,

 

Ik heb op betsomnia gestort alleen het geld is nooit aangekomen op mijn balance 

en bij transactie geschiedenis staat failed de chat kan niks voor mij doen heeft iemand dit eerder meegemaakt groetjes

Ja daar kwam ik helaas ook pas later achter.. :(

Het is nu bijna 24 uur verder en er is nog niks op mijn account bijgeschreven.

ik krijg steeds van dit soort antwoorden terug op mijn emails en in de live chat...

Ja dat is wat ik zei. Ik heb vaker met dit bijltje gehakt (als mederwerker van de klantenservice) het is een issue bij de betaalprovider waar de betaling "vast"zit. Die gaat vaak na 2-3 dagen "los"en komt dan vanzelf op je spelersaccount of je bankrekening. De support kan hier dus nog helemaal nik smee. Daarom ook dat je standaard antwoorden gaat ontvangen!
