Vandaag mailtje gehad van Goldenstein Legal. Ze moesten me helaas mededelen dat mijn zaak voorlopig niet zal worden gefinancierd. Deze beslissing is te wijten aan de zeer complexe tenuitvoerlegging van buitenlandse vonnissen tegen casino’s met zetel op Malta.

Dat had ik ook graag gezien. Heb het in ieder geval geprobeerd. Nu is Loonstein aan zet.

Heb inmiddels een transactieoverzicht van Tipico gehad. Het blijkt om in totaal om een bedrag van 3840 euro te gaan. Ik wil proberen met ze te gaan schikken, alleen vraag ik me af hoe ik dit het beste kan aanpakken. Heeft er iemand misschien een standaard mail die ik naar ze kan sturen met een voorstel?

Heb inmiddels een reactie en het gaat als volgt: Wij hebben deze graag nog eens gecontroleerd. We hebben u op 2 mei 2024 al uw accountgegevens toegestuurd. Wij verzoeken u de reeds ingediende bestanden nogmaals te controleren. Het bestandsformaat dat wij gebruiken voldoet aan de eisen van de AVG en wij hebben daarmee aan onze wettelijke verplichtingen voldaan. Indien u gegevens mist, vragen wij u ons relevant bewijsmateriaal aan te leveren. Het zijn echt een stelletje pannenkoeken die gasten. Ik vertel ze letterlijk wat ik wil en nodig heb en nog heb ik het idee dat ze het niet begrijpen.

Heb het naar ze gestuurd. Nu afwachten. In ieder geval bedankt! 🙏

Ik heb erom gevraagd. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik dus dat antwoord. Heb gewoon sterk het vermoeden dat ze niet willen meewerken

Heb dus het formaat gestuurd wat ik van Loonstein heb gekregen. Uiteindelijk hebben ze me een PDF gestuurd waarin enkel dingen staan zoals: naam, geboortedatum etc. maar geen transactie geschiedenis. En wanneer ik hierom wederom in een nieuwe mail om vroeg kreeg ik als antwoord: “The file format we use complies with the requirements of the GDPR and we have therefore fulfilled our legal obligations.”

Hallo allemaal, Ik vroeg me af of er hier mensen ervaring hebben met Tipico? Ze weigeren transactie geschiedenis met mij te delen. Wat kan ik het beste doen?
