Thank you for your patience regarding your DSAR. Our response was delayed due to the high volume of requests received and/or the internal assessment required to evaluate your DSAR.
We are currently unable to provide your transaction history due to a legal restriction under Maltese law and/as well as EU GDPR 2016/679.
This restriction allows us to temporarily withhold certain information to prevent potential future litigation if specific conditions are met.
This restriction is being invoked as a temporary measure, after having undertaken a necessity and proportionality test which concluded that there is a legitimate basis to invoke the restriction. We have reason to understand that your request is being made pursuant to a legal claim that you have against our organization
However, this restriction does not compromise your privacy or prevent you from pursuing any legal claims.
If you believe this assessment is incorrect and you have no legal claims against us, please confirm this in writing, and we may reconsider the restriction.
Until the restriction is maintained, your personal data shall remain subject to appropriate technical and organizational measures and will not be used for any purposes other than that which was originally intended. Invoking the restriction will not lead to erroneous profiling, reduced human dignity or compromise your privacy nor will it restrict you from proceeding with your legal claim in the appropriate forum.
In accordance with the EU GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint to our lead data protection authority (IDPC) of Malta.
