Heeft iemand ervaring met het opvragen van hun gegevens bij Betsson? Bij mij werken zij namelijk niet volledig mee. Ik heb bijna twee maanden geleden mijn gegevens opgevraagd en ik kreeg een bericht (zie hieronder) met veel van mijn gegevens. Echter hebben zij de deposits, withdrawals en dus de netto verlies achtergehouden omdat zij zichzelf willen beschermen tegen een juridische claim. Ik vind dit heel vervelend en mijn vraag is mag dit zo maar? Er wordt aangegeven dat het “tijdelijk is” maar goed voor hoelang? Until the restriction is maintained, your personal data shall remain subject to appropriate technical and organizational measures and will not be used for any purposes other than that which was originally intended.
