We have provided all your personal information held on your accounts, which includes all correspondence and comments on accounts. We have a number of systems and many departments, such as Compliance, AML, Security, Verification and Risk, to name just a few; and we have internal systems and procedures linked to operational processes within those departments.
We have obligations to protect our customers, to identify and prevent fraud and money-laundering, and to make sure that gambling on our site is fair and legal. Using your data for reasons such as these allows us to provide you with a safe and secure service. For example, we have procedures and processes relating to security, Risk and AML. Checks are noted on an account and, of course, have a date and could reveal the type of our security procedures and when they are carried out. This is commercially sensitive information and does not constitute your personal data.
It is also company policy not to reveal our staff names wherever possible.
Our obligations under GDPR are, upon request, to provide what personal data we hold, which you have already received. It does not include any wider obligations to share any commercially sensitive information, which includes what technology we use or any results that technology may or may not reveal.
We will not provide you with information that is not your personal data or anything that is commercially sensitive. Any information that pertains to how the business manages its risk or its customer is confidential, and we will not release that information.
Once again, we confirm our Terms and Conditions clearly state in clause 9.2 that our products are consumed instantly when playing or wagering. Thus, we cannot provide returns of goods, refunds or cancellation of your service when playing or wagering.
Should you continue to pursue this further we will vigorously defend any claim or complaint brought in relation to this matter. All our legal rights are therefore reserved.
